KAC provides phased ethical trainings from when someone first joins the company to retirement while systematically nurturing leaders who leads the integrity efforts in daily tasks for preemptive blocking of corruption and firm proliferation of ethics culture.
Also, we set a number of mandatory ethical training hours and run workshops for each department integrity lead to internalize ethics enterprise-wide.
We especially emphasize ethics trainings on employees in ethics-vulnerable areas (airport lease, contracting, security check, and anti-terrorism).

Values and relations capability training, core integrity values, social contribution, anti-corruption, and integrity training

Content of ethical management implementation

Developing and operating participatory content to implement ethics management such as ethics “Golden Bell” contest, ethics inference game, anti-graft act maze game and commenting on ethics dilemma cartoons

Clean coach workshop

“Clean coach”, the integrity lead of each department gathers for training and communicating on how to establish a clean organizational culture

Partner ethical management support
  • Relevant trainings are expanded from annual basis to quarterly basis along with providing human rights guidelines suitable for the partner
  • KAC signs the ethical management support agreement with partners in an effort to make the world cleaner, fairer, more honest, and integral to ensure transparent airport management
