Voice of Customer (VOC) at KAC aims to improve communication services on inquiries, inconveniences and suggestions regarding airport use.
Your feedback as our valued customer will be used to improve our business performance.
VOC registration requires login under real name.
Response time : within 48 hours after VOC registration (excluding weekend and public holiday)
VOCs containing slander, profanity, pranks, promotion messages etc. will be deleted at our discretion.
