Greetings to you all.We sincerely welcome you to our website, Service Academy of Korea Airports Corporation(KAC).

Service Academy of KAC was established in 2005 for quality control of human resources at 14 airports nationwide.

The academy provides regular CS trainings for all staffs of 14 airports including Gimpo, Gimhae and Jeju International Airport, as well as training internal CS professor and CS field coach to foster the talents in service fields.

The academy also focuses on on-site training in an effort to fulfill the two most important elements of airports, such as “Safety element” and Service element (kindness, immediacy and accuracy)".

As a leading public service provider, the KAC Service Academy will do the very best to ensure careful and considerable services accompanied with smiles for each one of staffs so that the customers may comfort themselves for the airport services.
