No-visa entry system
Chinese passengers meeting certain criteria and intending to make a transfer at Gimpo Airport to fly to Jeju Island or another country will be allowed to enter Korea with no visa and stay up to 120 hours in Seoul and metropolitan area

Eligibility
Chinese group passengers transferring to a flight to Jeju Island after flying in from China (including Hong Kong and Macau) and entering Korea via Gimpo Airport
Chinese group passengers are limited to the groups recruited by the Korean or Chinese travel agency authorized by the treaty (MoU) of the two countries
Application and eligibility
- Application
- The travel agency responsible for procedures in Korea shall submit the list of Chinese group passengers to the immigration office (or local office) of the airport via the Korea Immigration Service Foundation, 48 hours prior to entry by email or online system
- Eligibility of stay
- Tourism permit(B-2)
- Duration of stay
- Up to 120 hours (5 days) in Seoul, metropolitan area and Jeju Island, within the combined period of 15 days
- Allowed areas
- Metropolitan areas (Seoul Metropolitan City, Incheon Metropolitan City, Gyeonggi-do)
Administrative restriction
A travel agency violating the terms will not be allowed for the no-visa entry of group passengers
The travel agency responsible for procedures in China shall be the one designated as a group visa agency by the Korean embassy in China, whereas the travel agency responsible for procedures in Korea shall be limited to those applying for this system.

KRW 9,900 is charged per passenger as transfer clearance fee
