Any discount can apply if the owner of the vehicle meets all of the conditions above. Any other evidence of meeting the conditions will not be accepted.
Requirements eased for vehicles of the disabled with gait disturbance
Vehicles fulfilling the following requirements will be discounted, even without a disabled passenger.
- A. Vehicles with a 'Disabled' label/sticker are permitted parking in yellow exclusive parking area, for the disabled.
- B. The disabled passenger presenting a certificate from the government
i.e.) Welfare Card, Toll Discount Card from the Korea Expressway Corporation - C. The disabled passenger presenting the airline ticket for the day of the vehicle exiting/entering the lot
Recognition of ex-post discount
You can download the application form, for a parking fee discount, on Announcement (to be filed in 7 days after exiting the parking lot).

Make sure that the 7 last digits of the resident registration number are hidden (by coveringthem with a label sticker) on each document before filing them. Make sure that ALL requireddocuments per discounted type are submitted. You may be asked to file the parking voucher or a receipt to confirm that you are a registered user of the facility. |

Hi-Pass payment of parking fee
- Service commenced from 2017.9.1
Vehicles paying more than KRW 50,000 or those eligible for discount are excluded
- Vehicles paying more than KRW 50,000 shall make payments at the manned office or automatic payment machine
- Vehicles with discount: Please pay the fees at the manned payment office.

We are implementing the procedure of requesting and obtaining related documents including scanning them in order toensure transparency in discounting the parking fee of a public institution, but rest assured that your personal data isstrictly protected as per the 「Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Public Institutions」
A member of a multi-child family will be eligible for discount upon presenting the multi-child card issued by the local government or any multi-child family preferential card issued via the partnership between the local government and a credit card company under names such as Dabok Card or Ai Sarang Card, regardless of payment method.
